LaunchOps End User License Agreement (EULA)

Version 1.0 — 2026-08-28

This agreement is between LDKTech (Ky Le) (“Licensor”) and you, the individual who purchased access to the LaunchOps kit (“Licensee”). By installing or using any part of the kit you accept these terms.

1. What the kit is

“LaunchOps” (the “Kit”) is the collection of agent plugins distributed through this private repository — exactly the plugins listed in the repository’s .claude-plugin/marketplace.json — together with the kit documentation (README, INTEROP guide, governance template).

2. License grant (per user)

Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• install and run the Kit on any machines and agent accounts that you yourself use;
• read and modify the Kit’s source for your own use;
• use the Kit in any of your own or your employer’s projects, commercial or not. Everything you produce with the Kit (plans, issues, reports, code, content) is yours; this agreement claims no rights over your work products.

The license covers one named user — the purchaser. Each additional person who uses the Kit needs their own license (or a team license — contact the Licensor).

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or publicly post the Kit or any modified copy of it, in whole or in substantial part;
• share access to this repository, or provide the Kit to people who are not licensed;
• remove or alter license and copyright notices;
• represent the Kit as your own work or as endorsed by third parties.

Quoting short excerpts in reviews, issue reports, or teaching material is fine.

4. Delivery and updates

Access is delivered as read access to this private repository. Lifetime updates are included: every update Licensor releases to the Kit’s plugins is available here at no extra charge, for as long as LaunchOps is maintained. Install and update through the standard plugin tooling (see README).

5. Refund

14-day refund, no questions asked. Request it through the platform you purchased on within 14 days of purchase. On refund, repository access is revoked and the rights granted here end; you must stop using the Kit and delete local copies.

6. Earlier MIT releases

Some plugins in the Kit had versions released earlier under the MIT License. Those earlier versions keep their MIT rights for anyone who lawfully received them — that grant is irrevocable and this agreement does not affect it. This agreement governs the versions distributed in the Kit. Per-plugin history is recorded in each plugin’s LICENSE file.

7. Third-party components

Third-party components bundled with the Kit keep their own licenses (noted in the source where they are vendored). Nothing in this agreement limits rights you hold under those licenses. The Kit orchestrates external tools and services (trackers, CLIs, models) that you license separately; you are responsible for your accounts and their terms.

8. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Kit is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. The Kit drives AI agents; you remain responsible for reviewing what agents do with it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor’s total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the Kit. Licensor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

This license ends automatically if you materially breach it and do not cure the breach within 14 days of notice, or on refund per section 5. On termination you must stop using the Kit and delete local copies. Sections 6–8 survive termination.

10. General

• This is the entire agreement about the Kit and replaces earlier communications about licensing.
• Licensor may update these terms for future Kit versions; the terms shipped with a version govern that version.
• This agreement is governed by the laws of Vietnam. If a court finds a provision unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• Support channels are listed in the README.
